Sign in to your bot
Your operator gives you a bot id and a key. They open this page only - not any other bot, and not the bot list. Anything you change here reaches the console on its next connect.
Signing in keeps you signed in on this browser until you sign out. Sign out from the top right when you are done on a machine you share.

Pace
Time is added for a long message, then varied. 2500 is the default.
Higher is faster. 22 is about a quick human typist.
Handover
Sent once per conversation. Leave it on "Say nothing" and a handover is silent to the visitor - the bot stops, a person is told, and the visitor sees no reply at all.
Back office
The domain only - no https:// and no path. Change it here when the domain rotates; the bot picks it up on its next connect and nobody has to reinstall anything.
Keep that back office open in another tab of the same browser as the bot, signed in. The bot only ever READS it, and nothing it reads is sent to us or stored anywhere.
Stages
Derived from your replies, not a queue. A reply is here if it needs a fact the bot may never ask a visitor for, or one nothing in reach asks for at all - the second is usually a mistake in how the replies are written.
